Robert Lee Wojcicki

Robert “Bob” Wojcicki, 82, of Happy Valley, passed away on May 22, 2023.

Bob was born on April 26, 1941, in Chicago. He graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in 1959 and began his sales career with Sherwin-Williams Chemical Coatings.

In 1963, he married Lucille “Lucy” Kowalski. In 1966, his job brought them to Portland, Oregon, where they raised their six children, four boys and two girls. 

Bob’s superpower was making connections with people. His network of friends was extensive. Family was simultaneously impressed and irritated by his ability to make a connection with a stranger. Bob loved family, his friends, his faith, his Chicago Cubs, and had a passion for golf. Without question, family came first for Bob Wojcicki.  

Bob is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lucy; his six children: Russell, Greg (Joanie), Peter (Lisa), Amy (Mike), Julie (Shawn), and Ryan (Danielle); and his sister Dolores (Touradj). Bob had the opportunity to meet, love and admire his eight grandchildren.
