Norberto Remberto Lukas

Norberto was born and raised in Micronesia. He has three children. He is a loving caring father and a good provider for his family. He was a carpenter a taxi driver and a police man in Chuuk, Micronesian. He is one of the rarest loving caring brother a mother and sister could have. His presence always brings joy laughter and good energy where ever he goes. He will be joining our mom and dad and our second oldest brother in heaven watching over us. May God rest his soul in peace till we meet him.
