Lawrence Geoffrey Smith

Lawrence “Larry” Geoffrey Smith of Clackamas, OR was born March 26, 1940 and went home to his beloved wife Diane and the Lord on December 23, 2023.  He was surrounded by his loving family.

Larry is survived by his son Steve Smith (Cheryl) of Vancouver, WA. Daughter Colette Kellogg (Richard) of Clackamas, OR, sister Peggy Smith of Clackamas OR.  Six grandchildren Steven, Jacob, Ashli, Matt, Noah and Nicholas and two great grandchildren Alice and Aiden.  Niece Mia, nephews Jumaane and Moswen. 

Larry was a devoted father, grandfather and friend. A graphic designer by trade, his art was outstanding. When playing Pictionary we had to draw straws to get him on our team.  He was an adrenaline junkie and lived his life to the fullest. 

In recent years Larry was housed and cared for by the most loving angels on earth at both Kindred AdultCare and Infinite Care Homes in Clackamas, OR.  Our family will forever be grateful for their love and kindness. 

A private ceremony and burial will take place at Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his wife Diane.  Donations may be made to Providence Elder Place Milwaukie.
