Laura "Lori" Hill

Lori Hill of Portland, Oregon, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026. She was 61.

A lifelong Oregonian and 1983 graduate of Tigard High School, Lori was known for her bright spirit, joyous laugh, and unwavering optimism. She spent nearly four decades at Nike, where she built a remarkable career, formed lasting friendships, and enjoyed opportunities to travel the world. Despite her travels, Oregon remained home, surrounded by the family and friends she loved.

Lori found joy in life's simple pleasures: sunny days, Oregon wine, a glass of bubbly shared with friends, country music and family trips to Cannon Beach. She was a devoted Catholic whose faith provided comfort, strength, and purpose throughout her life. She was also a loving dog mom to her beloved Pomeranians, Bentley and Jasmine.

She is survived by her father, Richard Hill; her sister, Tamara Davidson; her brother-in-law, Scott Davidson; and her nephew, Matthew Davidson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Hill.

Lori will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, optimism, and the way she made people feel welcomed and loved.

The world feels a little less bright without her in it, but her warmth, friendship, and spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched.

A Rosary will be prayed at 12:30 p.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at St. Pius X Catholic Church (1280 NW Saltzman Road, Portland, Oregon 97229). Guests may wish to arrive at noon to greet family and friends.

At Lori's request, guests are invited to wear magenta or purple. And sparkles are always welcome.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church or The Knight Cancer Institute.
