Jeanne Marie Perreault
December 29, 1959 – April 20, 2026
Jeanne Perreault passed at the age of 66, surrounded by her loved ones
Jeanne was born in Portland, OR to George J. Perreault and Myrtle “Bunny” Perreault. Jeanne attended St. Charles Catholic Grade School in Portland before moving to Canby where she attended Ackerman Middle School and Canby High School. She was very active in school; especially high school where she was on the dance team and cheer squad. She attended University of Oregon for a year before coming to work with her father as an insurance agent in what would become Perreault and Daughters. Jeanne dealt with all insurance and specialized in marine insurance. She very much enjoyed helping her clients.
Jeanne met her husband of 42 years, Eric Hutchinson, in Corvallis, Oregon on October 3rd, 1981. It was an immediate attraction and they were engaged in 1982. They were married at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church on October 1st, 1983. Jeanne has resided in the Lake Oswego and Tigard area since.
Jeanne was the loving mother to her daughter Noelle. She loved to volunteer at the elementary school, helping with a variety of efforts. She loved to garden, explore different art mediums, and drew and painted herself. Jeanne loved dance and was a longtime season ticket holder for OBT. She greatly enjoyed introducing Noelle to the world of dance. She enjoyed traveling, new experiences and meeting people. She very much enjoyed the company of family and friends and could make friends with anyone. She had a great sense of humor and wonderful laugh.
Jeanne suffered significant injuries in 2007 and spent several months in the Legacy Oregon Burn Center ICU. Her injuries required her to have full time support at home.
Jeanne is survived by her husband Eric, daughter Noelle, and sisters Denise, and Mary (Paul Gasset), nieces and nephews, and family in the Seattle area. Special thanks to her longtime caregiver Mary Yoder.
Services for Jeanne will be held Friday, May 22nd, 2026 at 11am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Tigard. Reception to immediately follow.
