Frances Arlene Sprague

Arlene, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully May 15, 2025.

Born February 9th, 1950 in Long Beach California, to Vivian Darrow. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1968 and went on to Portland State University graduating in 1972 with a degree in psychology.

She had a passion for animals and dedicated her life to her family. We will all miss her so much.

Arlene is survived by her brother Kenneth Penwell, son Kris Sprague, daughter Ry-Anne Sprague, grandson Douglas Wells, nephew Brent Richford, nephew Kyle Penwell and niece Julia Penwell.
