A funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018 in St. Stanislaus Polish Catholic Church in Portland, OR, for Angelina Frankowski, who died July 22, 2018 at age 95. Recitation of the rosary will be at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, July 28, in the church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Mrs. Frankowski was born Oct. 3, 1922 in Celinovac, Bosnia, Yugoslavia. During WWII, she was forced to work at a Nazi camp and was later liberated after the allied troops arrived. In 1950 she married Alfred Frankowski, who died in 2002. She immigrated to Portland in 1956 and worked at Chase Bag Co.
Survivors include her daughters, Ursula Webber and Elizabeth Perkins; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Remembrances to her church.
